Shipping Policy

Delivery Prices

• FREE Shipping is available within Germany.
• Shipping cost is 12,00€ within other European countries OR if your total order amount is over 150,00€ we provide FREE Shipping regardless of location within Europe.

Delivery method

• Our deliveries are carried through by our logistics partner DHL
• Order tracking number & e-mail will be provided once the order departs Gobi’s fulfillment center

Delivery Period

• Deliveries within Germany: 1-3 working days
• Deliveries within European countries: 3-14 days

Special Orders

• In rare cases, due to the German customs laws international orders that are above 1,000€ may be delivered in multiple packages at different times

Returns

Return policy

Returns are eligible up to 14 days, starting from the delivery to the customer

Only during the holiday season, Gobi Cashmere's return policy will be extended from 14 days to 21 days from the day of product delivery.

Return Process

1. Fill out return form
2. Print out & put label on package
3. Deliver parcel to DHL
4. DHL delivers return to our logistics center
5. Products are inspected, either approved or disapproved for return
6. If approved, money is refunded within 3 working days

 Exchanges

If you would like to exchange one or more products, you can do so within 14 days by indicating on the return form what you would like in exchange.

Once product has been exchanged it follows the same delivery process of as mentioned above

Prices & Expenses

• The payment amount will reflect the price stated at the time of purchase on our website
• The prices quoted are final prices, that is, they include the respectively valid German statutory VAT
• Order delivery process will start once payment has been fully accepted
