Certificates

OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification

In July 2021, GOBI Cashmere's cashmere yarns earned the OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification. In February 2024, we achieved another major milestone by becoming the first Mongolian company to receive the same certification for finished garments.

This certification ensures that all certified GOBI products — including garments and accessories — are tested for harmful substances.

By continuously expanding and renewing our certified product range, GOBI leads the way in cashmere production, proudly showcasing Mongolian craftsmanship, innovation and care in every thread.
ISO 9001:2015 quality management system

Since 2021, GOBI Cashmere has integrated Mongolian tradition with modern innovation through a robust ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.

The system ensures that all processes–from raw material sourcing to final product–follow rigorous quality requirements. By continuously improving these processes, we strive to exceed customer expectations with every piece we make.
SFA Clean Fibre Processing Gold Level Certification

Since 2021, GOBI Cashmere has proudly held the SFA Clean Fibre Processing Gold Level Certification, the highest level of the standard. This achievement reflects our commitment to producing luxurious cashmere, processed to a certified standard.

The Sustainable Fibre Alliance (SFA) is a global non-profit organization that sets standards across the cashmere fibre supply chain. The Clean Fibre Processing Standard sets environmental, social and chemical-safety requirements for first-stage facilities that wash and dehair raw cashmere.

At GOBI, we uphold these standards — blending Mongolian tradition, modern innovation and excellence in every piece of cashmere.
