Using your credit
Credit comes off your order at checkout. Here is when it applies — and when it waits for your next order.
- Applied automaticallyOnce points are turned into credit, it comes off your order at checkout on its own — there’s no code to enter. Sign in before you pay: credit isn’t applied to a guest order.
- One discount at a timeCredit can’t be used alongside another discount, whether it’s a code you enter or an offer already running. Free delivery is the exception — that still applies.
- Not on sale or gift cardsSale items and e-gift cards aren’t covered. If your whole basket is one of those, no credit is used this time; if only some items are, the credit applies to the rest.
- Minimum orderYour basket needs to reach £200.00 before credit applies. Sale items count towards that total.
- Up to 30% of an orderCredit can cover at most 30% of the value of the items it applies to — the rest of the order is paid as usual.
- Nothing is lostWhenever credit can’t be used in full, whatever is left stays on your account for your next order.
