Why are there two names?
Over the years the same shapes have been listed under two collection names in our shop. Whichever name you find a piece under, you are looking at the same garment: same pattern, same cashmere, same factory.
Is the quality different?
No. Both are knitted from 100% Mongolian cashmere in our own factory in Ulaanbaatar, to the same pattern and the same standards.
Do the sizes match?
Yes. A size M Essential and a size M Timeless of the same shape share the same size chart. If your size is sold out under one name, take it under the other.
Can I return or exchange either?
Yes. Both follow our standard return policy, exactly like any other piece.
