Essential Timeless

Practically twins.

The colours change with the season. The shapes never do. Whether a piece is called Essential or Timeless, it is knitted to the same pattern, from the same 100% Mongolian cashmere, in our own factory in Ulaanbaatar. Two names for a sweater you would be hard pressed to tell apart.

Look past the name and the two lists read almost the same. Here is what both share, and the one place they part ways.

Crewneck, V-neck, turtleneck, mock neck, polo, half-zip, cardigan. Find them under either name.

Sold out in your size? Check the other name.

Stock is split between the two names. When a size is sold out under one, the product page offers the same size from its twin — same shape, same colour — the moment you tap it.

Questions

Why are there two names?

Over the years the same shapes have been listed under two collection names in our shop. Whichever name you find a piece under, you are looking at the same garment: same pattern, same cashmere, same factory.

Is the quality different?

No. Both are knitted from 100% Mongolian cashmere in our own factory in Ulaanbaatar, to the same pattern and the same standards.

Do the sizes match?

Yes. A size M Essential and a size M Timeless of the same shape share the same size chart. If your size is sold out under one name, take it under the other.

Can I return or exchange either?

Yes. Both follow our standard return policy, exactly like any other piece.
